This is an LED light board with DCC decoder. 

It has 5 LED ligths that are 3000k - Warm White.

The board is 5 5/8" long.

Size: 5.67 x 0.46 x 0.08 in thick (144 x 11.5 x 1.9 mm)

Features:

The light effects/features are pretty straightforward:

1. Main lights ON, OFF

2. Read RED leds ON, OFF

3.  Brightness adjustment for both

4.  Red LEDs FLASH  On, Off

There is an undocumented DEMO mode via F10.

As described in the Operating Manual Addresses 1-2044 can be set from the mainline without the programming track/mode.  This uses the SWITCH command to set the address.
