ZIMO ADAMTC NEM660 21MTC Adapter Board - Hardwire
The decoder is plugged into the male connector of the adapter board which features interface connections and features for easy, convenient installation and improved functionality in large scale models.
The ADAMxx-series adapter board as especially suited for use in O Scale applications where the size of large scale decoder models like the MX699 can be an issue and additional features are not needed.

The ADAMxx-series adapter board is equipped with a rectifier, which relieves the rectifier of the decoder, to generate more power and less heat from the decoder.
The ADAMxx-series adapter board increases the rated motor output of the MX644C to 1.8A continuous load, 3A peak load.
The ADAMxx-series adapter board also features transistors on board to amplify logic level outputs FA3 and FA4 per the NEM660 specification.

The ADAMxx-series adapter board comes in three versions of function common output voltage
- Standard - Features unregulated function common (BLUE) output voltage which is basically rectified track voltage minus voltage drop (typically about 12.5V on 14V systems).
- 1.5V - Features 1.5V regulated function common (BLUE) output voltage for use with low voltage indescant bulbs.
- 5.0V - Features 5.0V regulated function common (BLUE) output voltage for use with servos.
The maximum amount of energy storage that can be connected directly to the ADAMTC/KL is 16V/6800uF. GOLDCAPS may be connected directly to the decoder or ADAMTC/KL with the addition of a resistor-diode pair to limit in-rush current.
